A collection of frequently asked questions about credit purchases, payment methods, refund policies, and more.

How do I purchase credits?

You can purchase credits on the pricing plan page. Currently, credits are only offered as part of a plan, and one-time credit purchases are not supported.

One-time credit purchases will be supported in the future.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use some payment methods, including credit cards. The list of supported payment methods is available on the payment screen.

Can I get a refund for purchased credits?

You can withdraw your subscription and receive a refund within 7 days of the payment date. For the detailed refund policy, please see the payment notes.

Can I refund unused credits?

If you haven't used any credits, you can get a refund within the withdrawal period. However, if you've used even some of them, refunds may be restricted.

How do I request a credit refund?

You can request a refund using the 'Refund' button on the [Payment History] screen, or, if that's not possible, by contacting customer support (vaetki-commerce@ncsoft.com).

How long does refund processing take?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the request, and depending on the payment method, a payment cancellation request or a reimbursement is carried out.

My credits weren't granted after payment.

If your credits were not granted properly after payment, please contact customer support (vaetki-commerce@ncsoft.com).

Where can I check my payment history?

You can check your payment history under the top bar > click your account > go to My Page > 'Payment Management' menu.

Can I get a tax invoice or receipt?

If you need a tax invoice or receipt, please contact customer support (vaetki-commerce@ncsoft.com).

Do credits have an expiration date?

Credits are granted monthly under the monthly subscription, and any unused credits expire at the end of that month.

I want to purchase additional credits separately.

One-time purchases of additional credits are not currently supported. If you need more credits, please switch to a higher plan. A feature for purchasing additional credits will be introduced in the future.
