How do I sign up?
Sign-up is only available with a Google account.
On the login/sign-up screen, click the [Continue with Google] button to link your Google account.
How do I delete my account?
You can do this under My Page > Manage My Information > Settings.
Please note that re-registering with the same account is restricted for 30 days after deletion.
I can't sign up.
Sign-up is only possible by linking a Google account. If you can't sign up, first check whether you're logged in to your Google account, whether pop-ups are blocked, and whether browser cookies and JavaScript are enabled.
If you still can't sign up after checking the above, please send your environment, the Google account you used, and a screenshot of the error to customer support (vaetki-commerce@ncsoft.com).
I can't log in with Google.
This service only supports login with a Google account. Please make sure the Google account you're trying to log in with is the same one you signed up with, and that pop-up blocking is disabled.
In particular, if you use multiple Google accounts, you must log in with the same Google account you signed up with to use the service normally.
I want to change my Google account.
Please delete your account with the existing account, then sign up again with the new Google account you want to use.
Your existing usage data may not be transferred to the new account.
